Between us and the Perry’s lay 3 buildable lots, now owned by Robert Puddicombe and his company PZ Realty LLC.  As evidenced by the landscaping and construction of the garage, this will be important to us.

As of 8/21/2013

  • A “one bedroom dwelling” which looks like a 2 car garage is very near completion on the large lot
  • Construction of a dock on the large dock has begun
  • No other building permits have been issued
